致台灣及韓國香港振藩截拳道的會員：
親愛的會員們，我很高興得知台中將於二零零九年八月二十二及二十三日，舉辦第一次的振藩截拳道研討會。
高拔華師傅是我本人在香港頒發證書，並授權教學的教練之一。你們必須給予他高度的尊重，就如同由我本人親自為你們召開研討會一般。
能見到香港振藩截拳道總會，協助在台灣推廣振藩截拳道或是黃錦銘截拳道，一直是我的心願。我在此要求所有台灣及韓國的會員，嚴格的謹守香港振藩截拳道總會的段位檢定規章。這些規章是由我本人親自檢閱並認可的。在台灣及韓國，我只會承認在香港振藩截拳道總會此檢定制度下，通過三級考試並被認可的教練。這次高拔華師傅來台，將會詳細地向你們說明這些規章。
學習截拳道是沒有捷徑的。如果你要取得我的認可，你就必須經過一定程度的訓練及必要的檢定。任何其他的認證，甚至包含我自己的學生由他處所取得的認證，都不能直接並自動的獲得我的認可。
信末，我想藉此機會預祝你們大家都能有一個成功並收穫頗豐的研討會。

To: Members of JF JKD (Hong Kong) in Taiwan and Korea
Dear Members,
I am glad to see that the first JKD seminar will be held in Taichung in Aug 22 to 23, 2009.
Sifu Patrick Ko is one of my certified JKD instructors in Hong Kong. You should give him the same respect as if I am conducting the seminar for you.
It is always my intention to see that the JF JKD (Hong Kong) can help to promote JF JKD and/or Ted Wong JKD to Taiwan. I would like to request all the members in Taiwan and Korea to strictly follow the ranking regulations of the JF JKD (Hong Kong). These regulations have been reviewed and approved by myself. I will only recognise JKD instructors in Taiwan and Korea if they have passed the 3rd Rank test in accordance with the regulations of JF JKD (Hong Kong). This time Sifu Patrick will explain to you clearly about the regulations.
There is no short cut in JKD. If you want to gain my recognition, you must go through the necessary training and testing. Any other certifications including my students will not gain my automatic recognition.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all have a successful and fruitful seminar.
